Juicy Rotisserie Spare Ribs


Ingredients:

1 – rack of Pork Spare Ribs (have butcher “crack” or cut the back bone this makes it easier to slice ribs when they are ready to serve).

Garlic Seasoning

Salt

Pepper

Favorite Barbecue Sauce

Instructions:

Rinse and pat dry spare ribs.

Remove extra strip of meat on the back of the rib.

Using a paper towel remove the membrane

on the back of the rib.

Season both sides of ribs with garlic seasoning, salt and pepper.
