Rotisserie Rib Roast


3-4 Bone Rib Roast (about 5-10lb)

2 ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt

2 teaspoons Fresh Coarse Ground Black Pepper

3 cloves Garlic- finely chopped

3 tablespoons Rosemary – chopped

Olive Oil – enough to cover roast

2 Cups Red Wine

4 Cups Beef Broth


Rub olive oil over entire roast than sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. Spread seasoning paste over roast.
