Rotisserie Boneless Pork Loin Roast


1 – 2-3 lb Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Roast
McCormick® Grill Mates® Smokehouse Maple Seasoning


The night before grilling remove pork loin from packaging rinse and pat dry.  Rub entire roast with Smokehouse Maple Seasoning generously.

Cover roast and refrigerate overnight.

Remove pork loin from refrigerator about 30 minutes to an hour before grilling allowing roast to come to room temperature.   Preheat rotisserie burner on high and set-up grill for rotisserie grilling.

Insert rotisserie spit into roast ensuring that rotisserie prongs inserted into the roast and tightened to prevent them from loosening during grilling.  Place rotisserie on grill and reduce burner to medium heat.

Grill for 45 minutes then check internal temperature, if it reads 138°F – 140°F, remove from grill, tent with aluminum foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

Slice and serve.
