Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:

6 – Roma Tomatoes – drained, seeded and diced

1 – Large clove of Garlic – minced

1/2 Red Onion – diced

1 – Jalapeno Chili Pepper – diced **

Salt to taste

Directions:

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients.

**Note: To remove some of the heat, remove the seed pod and veins of the Jalapeno before you dice it.
