Jerk Boneless Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

4 – Boneless Chicken Breast
4 – Boneless Chicken Thighs
1 – 17oz Bottle of  Walkerswood Spicy Jerk Marinade
-Or- 1 – Bottle of Windward Mild Jerk Marinade (alternate)

Directions:

Rinse chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Puncture chicken breast (if chicken breast are thick butterfly them for even cooking) with a fork and along with chicken thighs place in a one gallon sealable freezer bag. Add enough marinade to cover well. Seal bag and place in refrigerator to marinade for at least 4 hours.

Preheat grill on medium for 10-15 minutes.

IMG_0719bPlace chicken directly over med/low heat and grill slowly 10-15  minutes each side or until the juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes
