Grilled Mako Shark

INGREDIENTS:

4-Mako Shark Fillets – 1 inch thick

1/2 – 3/4″ cup Newman’s Own Light Lime Vinaigrette, depending on size of Fillets

DIRECTIONS:

Place shark fillets in a seal-able freezer bag.

Add vinaigrette and marinade for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill on high for at least 15 minutes.

Clean grates thoroughly and apply olive oil with paper towel, (see Tip #1 in our Tips & Tricks Section).

Put shark fillets on grate over med/low heat to help from drying out the fish.

Grill for 3 minutes and rotate 90 degrees, grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
