Bacon Cheese Burgers


2 lb ground meat

2 eggs

2/3 cup bread crumbs

Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Salt to Taste

8 slices of Pepper-Jack Cheese or Your Favorite Cheese

16 slices of cooked Bacon





Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips or Sweet Relish

Lettuce Leaves

1 Large Tomato – sliced

Optional – Red Onion – thinly sliced (can be grilled or raw)

Sliced Avocado

8 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns


In a large bowl mix together the ground meat, eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Divide mixture into eight 1/4lb. (approx.) parts. Take each of the 8 parts and roll into a ball, then pat into a patty leaving an indent in the center of the patty, this insures even cooking.
